Lord Ahmed of Rotherham meets a local road traffic victim with serious head injuries
Two strikingly similar cases, where a driver causes death in a crash shortly after texting on a mobile phone.
In one case, the guilty driver has been sentenced to 21 months in prison.
Sentencing is awaited in the other case.

If 21 months is good enough for a waitress, then it’s good enough for Lord Ahmed.
