While useless Home Economics Secretary Jacqui Smith is busy setting targets for the Police which actively prevent them from bothering to investigate around 40% of all reported crimes, Grampian Police continue to harrass a maler stripper, wasting an astonishing £170,000 of public money in the process.
I wonder if directly elected Chief Cuntstables would make such harrassment a priority?
